Romeo Dipura

Romeo Dipura is a PhD candidate of a joint doctoral program between Utrecht University, the Netherlands and TU Darmstadt, Germany. He holds a BSc. Honours Degree in Regional and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and an MPhil in Urban Studies from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

He currently works under the Research Training Group on Critical Infrastructures (RTG-KRITIS) at TU Darmstadt. His research areas include urban water governance, critical infrastructure protection, urban governance and resilience. His current research examines the City of Cape Town`s adaptive governance capacities in responding to water related shocks and transitioning to a water sensitive city.
