| Anoeska Buijze is professor of national and European administrative law at Utrecht University. Her research is focused on law & governance, general principles of law, legal aspects of the energy transition, and the allocation of scarce resources.
She leads work package number two on the conceptualization of the nexus. Together with Marleen van Rijswick and Jochen Monstadt, she supervises the research project of Nicola Harvey.
Within the project, she employs literature research and legal analysis to get a better grasp of what nexus is and how it can be implemented within the current legal framework. |
